The video is from a Twitter user, RockstarGTAVl, who claims to have access to an incomplete build of the game. Of course, people playing Xbox One games from Rockstar are suspicious.

The video shows the player’s character, who is presumably part of the main story. He’s walking around a crowded nightclub and eavesdropping on some NPC conversations.
The club has a neon-lit interior, with music playing and people dancing. The NPCs seem to have their own personalities and agendas, as they talk about drugs, money, and relationships.
Not Impressed by the Graphics
While some fans were happy to see the new gameplay footage, others were not, especially with the graphics. The video looks a lot like GTA 5, which is a game from 2013.
So, it basically shows very little improvement in terms of visual quality. Some fans commented that the game looked worse than GTA 5 and expressed their disappointment with Rockstar Games.
