Buy Xbox Series X Games –Ubisoft+ Release Date on Xbox
Xbox will get a huge boost due to a new deal that brings Ubisoft’s best games to it. At the beginning of this year, we found out that Ubisoft+ will be joining Xbox. Basically, Ubisoft+ is a subscription service that gives access to exclusive Ubisoft titles. In Xbox’s case, it will also grant access to related DLCs, and season passes. Users with Game Pass could have money put aside to buy Xbox Series X games from other developers now.
Buy Xbox Series X Games – Ubisoft+ Comes to Xbox in Mid-April
Up until this point, we didn’t know exactly when Ubisoft+ would be launching on Xbox. Currently, it is a PC-only service and PS has its own limited version too.
However, according to a social media leak, Ubisoft+ will be coming to Xbox in mid-April. If true, that would make Ubisoft+ available on the green brand in just a week’s time.
Pricing and Availability
Ubisoft+ costs £14.99/$14.99 a month and depending on how much you play their games, it’s good value for money. However, unlike EA Play, Ubisoft+ will be its own standalone service even when it comes to Xbox.
So, it won’t be a part of any of the Xbox Game Pass tiers and may have an extra fee. However, the exact pricing is yet to come out.
Why Ubisoft+ on Xbox is Good News for Fans
Any Xbox owner who likes Ubisoft titles can now access them all in one neat package. So, games like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Far Cry 6, and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege will be up for grabs.
This is great news for fans of Ubisoft and for Xbox owners who missed these titles in the past. Of course, that does not mean you will not have to face some caveats or give up some things like title ownership.
An extra charge might also make some users think twice, so we will not call the deal successful just yet.
Buy Xbox Series X Games for Ownership
One thing you cannot forget here is that it will still be a subscription service at the end of the day. While you will have cheaper access to a lot of the games, you will lose them as soon as the subscription becomes too expensive for you.
That means you will not own any of them like you will if you buy Xbox Series X games. The fact that it does not come as part of any of the existing Game Pass options is also important.
Ultimately, gamers will have a serious decision to make in terms of their spending. They can either pay a monthly fee non-stop or they can spend money on specific games and buy them outright. Titles like Far Cry 6 might just be worth buying directly for their replay value.
